11 students from Woodlands Community College went on a residential over the weekend to a holiday park in Dorset. The young people were part of our Currency for Life programme funded by NatWest and had spent 8 weeks learning about finances. The culmination of their learning was put into practice by planning, budgeting for, booking and going on their own residential.
The group had a fantastic time in Dorset. They budgeted for, bought and prepared all their own food, visited Monkey World, went swimming and crabbing among other activities.
