We are delighted to announce that the Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioner has awarded us £19,000 to fund our Southampton Detached Youth Work for a year.

Detached youth work involves making contact with young people where they are and working with them to explore what is going on for them. We build relationships with them, develop trust and provide the support that they tell us they need.

This project will focus on providing flexible and mobile support, responding to hotspot areas of anti-social behaviour and exploitation across Southampton.  It aims to lower offending, reduce the burden on local police, and create better relationships between young people and their communities.

We're thrilled to be one of the organisations supported to provide much needed work - and you never know, you might see us as we are out and about!
